Remote Client Support Specialist

We're seeking a motivated Remote Client Care Specialist to provide professional support and assist clients through a structured, team-supported workflow. In this fully remote role, you'll help coordinate client requests, manage communication, and ensure a smooth and organized experience throughout the process. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and delivering excellent service while working independently in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and tailored holiday packages. Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate communication Research destinations, offers, and travel options to suit each clients needs and budget. Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, updates, and follow-ups as needed. Maintain organized records and documentation of client interactions Assist with workflow coordination to help ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service, support, or client-facing experience preferred but not required Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using online systems and technology platforms Technical Requirements Laptop or desktop computer. Reliable broadband internet connection. Smartphone for communication and updates.
