They are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign launches and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 8-10 client accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our systems and processes
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard
• Participate in client strategy calls alongside our Strategy Lead and Marketing Director
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly client reporting
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for clients
• Ensure client requests are addressed promptly and accurately
• Monitor project timelines and maintain momentum across accounts
• Collaborate daily with team members via Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Drive

Skills

• 2+ years of Account Management experience in digital marketing
• Experience working remotely within an agency environment
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Comfortable discussing campaign performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience with TikTok Shop is considered a significant asset
