[Remote] Business Development Representative

Service Customer is a fast-growing automotive technology company that helps dealerships increase service retention and customer engagement. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative who will focus on prospecting and creating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to dealership decision-makers
  • Execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Prospect and qualify new dealership opportunities within assigned territories
  • Generate and hand off qualified sales opportunities to the outside sales team
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to build pipeline and create opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking in HubSpot
  • Work closely with sales leadership to support company growth objectives

Skills

  • 1+ year of BDR, SDR, inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience
  • Strong phone presence and confidence engaging dealership owners, general managers, service directors, and fixed operations leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus
