This role focuses on clinical collaboration, supervision, program review, and ongoing support for ABA therapists providing direct services in the field. We are looking for a clinician who values strong communication, ethical care, and high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working within a structured and supportive environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for ABA therapy programs
• Review treatment data and monitor client progress
• Modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as needed
• Support ABA therapists implementing individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing case review and clinical collaboration
• Ensure consistency and quality across treatment implementation
• Communicate regularly with therapists, families, and clinical team members
