They are seeking a B2B Field Marketing Representative to manage in-person events, engage with business owners, and generate sales leads.

Responsibilities

• Attend ~24-36 events per year (travel required) - Paid by the Company
• Engage directly with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business owners
• Book qualified calls for the sales team
• Ensure booked calls actually show up (seated calls)
• Outbound calling and follow-ups with event leads
• Represent Service Scalers with energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Manage event setup, materials, and logistics
• Work with marketing + sales to improve messaging and results over time

Skills

• Experience in B2B appointment setting (in-person preferred)
• Highly driven and results-oriented
• Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers
• Strong communicator with high energy
• Self-starter who takes ownership
• Willing to travel frequently
