They are seeking a driven and collaborative Associate Product Manager to join their Product team, where the individual will support both consumer-facing experiences and the B2B platform while contributing to product discovery, delivery, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to explore problems and shape solutions
• Work directly on high-priority initiatives across our SaaS products
• Support discovery, documentation, and delivery for key product work streams
• Join (and contribute to!) team rituals like sprint planning, retros, and roadmap reviews
• Help scope and ship features from research through release
• Keep the team organized with clear requirements, thoughtful tracking, and great communication
• Bring fresh eyes, user empathy, and curiosity to everything you touch

• Ability to clearly communicate across various technical teams, clients, and stakeholders

• A basic understanding of how software gets built
• Passion for financial wellness, tech-for-good, or startup life
