As an Account Optimization Manager, you will enhance hotel competitiveness and availability through data-driven strategies and strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Renegotiate contracting conditions with hotel suppliers to maximize availability, offers, and best rates
  • Apply data-driven actions and prioritize based on company dashboards
  • Secure new offers and extra availability directly loaded by suppliers
  • Partner internally with Contracting Managers to ensure efficient collaboration and strategy alignment
  • Proactively manage daily contact with assigned hotel suppliers

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to act on data insights
  • Proficiency in systems and tools for contract management
  • Experience in hotel contracting or account optimization
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
