[Remote] Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Housecall Pro is a company dedicated to helping home service professionals streamline their operations and grow their businesses. The Account Executive role focuses on using consultative sales skills to identify customer challenges and demonstrate how Housecall Pro's solutions can alleviate those issues. This position involves conducting product demos, supporting onboarding processes, and collaborating with other sales team members.

Responsibilities

  • Using consultative sales skills to identify the challenges and pain that customers are facing in their business and how Housecall Pro can alleviate that pain
  • Inspiring our Pros to delight their customers in order to grow their business
  • Becoming an expert in an array of different Pro verticals to build credibility and speak with authority
  • Conducting 3-5, 45-minute product demos on Zoom
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new customers
  • Managing a pipeline
  • Working closely with SDRs and Account Executives as part of a larger sales org focused on outbound, cold-called prospects

Skills

  • 2+ years working in inside sales required (software a plus)
  • High school diploma required, college preferred
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
