[Remote] Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clubspeed is the leading venue management software for entertainment venues, serving over 1,700 locations globally since 2007. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle sales process, demonstrating the value of Clubspeed’s integrated software solutions, and building relationships with venue owners to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own a full-cycle SMB sales motion (prospecting, demos, follow-ups, close) against a monthly quota
  • Run demos that show owners how bookings, point of sale, payments, waivers, memberships, events, and reporting come together in one system
  • Sell integrated payments as a core part of every deal, positioning it as a driver the operator’s revenue and experience
  • Represent the Clubspeed and Resova brands and unlock referrals by building relationships with owners, operators, and the broader entertainment-venue community
  • Improve Clubspeed’s GTM playbook: what messaging converts, how to handle objections, and what the ideal venue looks like
  • Bring market feedback to product and leadership so our pitch and product keep getting sharper

Skills

  • 1–5 years of experience selling to small businesses
  • Built your own pipeline before
  • Move faster than everyone around you without sacrificing quality
  • Know how to read the room, ask for the sale, and get a deal done
  • Build real relationships with buyers, not transactional ones
  • Call things as they are (a weak pipeline, an objection, and more) and help fix them
