  • Oversee property leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and contract management using platforms like Yardi and OneSite.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, and LIHTC requirements.
  • Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate facilities management to uphold property standards.
  • Handle legal administrative tasks such as filing contracts, managing legal documentation, and maintaining accurate data entry records.
  • Resolve tenant conflicts effectively through conflict management techniques and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Conduct regular property inspections virtually or onsite when necessary, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through proactive communication, upselling amenities or services, and providing exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Proven experience in property management, real estate administration, or related fields with a focus on residential properties.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or CMMS systems.
  • Knowledge of LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant law.
  • Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, legal documentation handling, and office experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle tenant issues diplomatically.
  • Customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a remote setting.
