We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of high-voltage transmission and substation projects through late-stage planning, construction, and commissioning. This role will manage the day-to-day execution of projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, contractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external partners, helping remove roadblocks, track progress, manage risks, and keep projects moving from final design through energization. What You’ll Do Project Execution & Coordination

• Manage day-to-day execution of transmission and substation projects from final design through construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams.
• Maintain project schedules, action items, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Identify project challenges early and work with internal teams and contractors to develop solutions.

Engineering & Construction Support

• Review engineering deliverables and construction plans to support execution readiness.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve design issues and field constraints.
• Support construction sequencing, logistics planning, and resource coordination.
• Track contractor progress and help ensure commitments are being met.

Schedule, Cost & Quality Management

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and project controls.
• Support change management, risk tracking, and mitigation planning.
• Help ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Facilitate project meetings with internal teams, contractors, utilities, developers, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and issue tracking.
• Build strong working relationships with project partners while keeping execution priorities on track.

Risk & Compliance Oversight

• Identify execution risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Ensure project activities align with permitting requirements, environmental commitments, and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.

About You

• 5+ years of experience managing transmission, substation, utility, renewable energy, or other large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting projects through late-stage development, construction, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of EPC delivery models, construction processes, and project controls.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams, contractors, and field execution activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and keep teams aligned.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where ownership, accountability, and problem-solving are critical.
• You have a “do what needs to be done” mindset, taking ownership beyond assigned tasks and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects, teams, and customers supported and moving forward.
