Project Manager for FinTech B2B Platform (Remote OK)

Cascade FinTech, a B2B issuer processor of prepaid and debit card programs, is looking for a Senior Program Implementation Manager. The successful candidate will work directly with our clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure all deliverables are implemented in the launch of Cascade’s Client program and product launches.   • Act as point of contact for multiple clients to support the launch of their prepaid or debit card program, including supported products and features and development of new features
  • Collect, document, and communicate client requirements to build out the client’s individual prepaid or debit card program with internal departments such as our Compliance, Technology and Operations teams and external vendors
  • Collect, document, and communicate client requirements to implement supported products and features for the client’s individual prepaid or debit card program with internal departments
  • Receive and respond to client and vendor correspondences
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Provide meeting agendas and recaps to track project performance, and drive the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Manage and update comprehensive project plans and other related project documentation Job Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in business administration, finance, management, or related field; or at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
