Lewis Brisbois is a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, actively seeking an attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice. The role involves working with an experienced trial team in the areas of Real Estate and Personal Injury defense, requiring strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Representing professionals such as accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, and healthcare providers
Working with developing talented attorneys who have excellent skills in any litigation arena

Skills

Strong research and writing skills
At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Admission to the California Bar
Experience in professional liability law
Substantive litigation experience
Demonstrated interest in professional liability law
