Optimizing Our Client Referral Program - As this initiative scales rapidly, your data-driven expertise will be essential in refining our commission frameworks. Empowering Our Innovation Team - Innovation is at the core of our success. As we explore diverse new ventures, your analytical expertise will be vital in enriching these ideas with data. You will provide strategic guidance to Product Managers on whether and how to scale emerging business opportunities effectively. Defining Product Adoption Success - We want to ensure our clients navigate our tools seamlessly and reach their objectives with ease. You will dive deep into product usage patterns and customer behavior, providing strategic recommendations to elevate the overall Hostinger experience through data-driven improvements. And many more, depending on your skills, interests and business needs. Your skills and experience: 2+ years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, business analyst or similar role. Experience with A/B testing and user journey analysis. Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models. Basically, Claude asks you to check queries. Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too. A results-driven mindset - you love turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business impact. Strong communication & collaboration skills - you can explain complex data in a simple way and work well with cross-functional teams. Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools. Extra points for: experience with Python or R for data analysis, A/B testing experience or knowledge of statistical concepts.
