• Analyze and resolve intricate technical issues that surpass AI capabilities.
• Contribute to the evolution of our AI systems by bridging knowledge gaps.
• Deliver sophisticated solutions across our diverse product portfolio.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• There is no leisurely onboarding period — you will need to master multiple products within your first month.
• This role requires independent problem-solving and self-direction without constant managerial oversight.

Principal Technical Support Engineer — Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the fusion of human expertise and AI capability, handling complex technical challenges that require both advanced problem-solving skills and deep technical knowledge.
• Continuously enhance our AI support systems by identifying and addressing gaps in their problem-solving capabilities.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience.
• Advanced-level proficiency with generative AI tools, including experience with workflow automation and custom GPT development (basic AI usage for content creation won’t suffice).
• Current residence in North or South America.
• Exceptional self-learning capabilities and independent problem-solving skills.
