This senior-level position is instrumental in leading the design and development of complex electrical systems for innovative projects. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of electrical design, from conceptualization and schematic development to detailed design, component selection, and verification. Responsibilities: Lead the electrical design and development of cutting-edge electrical systems, power electronics, and control systems. Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD). Perform complex circuit analysis, simulations (e.g., SPICE, ANSYS), and power calculations to ensure system performance and reliability. Select and specify electrical components, including microcontrollers, power semiconductors, sensors, and passive components. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for validating electrical designs, including unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical design issues throughout the product development cycle. Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior electrical engineers. Define electrical architecture and system specifications for new product development.
