Our team is looking for an experienced individual with a broad background in full-stack web application development. We are looking for someone who can work in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment. In this position, you will be a member of a highly collaborative, multi-contractor support team. We prefer that you reside in Colorado Springs, CO or San Antonio, TX although remote work will be considered for strong candidates with a demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of technical experience. Additional relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree. Experience with web application development frameworks (React, Angular JS, Vue JS, JavaScript, etc.) Experience with API development and implementation. Experience with object-oriented programming languages (Golang, Python, Java, C#) Experience with database development (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) Experience developing within an Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environment (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Software development, Scaled Agile Framework, etc.) Experience with Git Ops and version control software (Git) Experience with CI/CD tools (Gitlab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment and possess a willingness to take the initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English. Must be a US Citizen due to DoW contract requirements. Ability to pass a security background check. Desired Skills: Experience with collaboration tools (Mattermost, Slack, Teams, etc.) Experience with Platform One or other DoW Software Factories. Experience with application deployment in Docker Containers. Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to include services such as VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda, etc. Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes). Experience with Identity and Access Management tools (Keycloak, Appgate, Okta, etc.) Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Script Runner, etc.) Understanding of AI/ML concepts (bonus if you’ve implemented an AI/ML feature).
