Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Claims Intake Processor to support our high‑volume claims intake workflow.   • Accurate Data Capture: Enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by health‑care providers with a target speed of 8,200 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) while maintaining a 98 % accuracy rate.
  • Document Identification: Differentiate between various claim types (e.g., medical, dental, vision) and apply the appropriate data entry guidelines for each.
  • Imaging Software Navigation: Efficiently retrieve claim images and supporting documents using careerzynith’s proprietary imaging platform.
  • Turnaround Time Management: Meet or exceed client‑specified processing deadlines, ensuring that each claim progresses through the pipeline without delay.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform peer reviews of teammates’ entries, flagging discrepancies and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow processors, supervisors, and the quality‑control team to maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, suggest enhancements, and participate in continuous‑improvement projects that boost efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

Required Education & Experience
