Your primary role will be to inform and engage candidates about available job roles, helping them understand the opportunities and encouraging their interest. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain our exceptional 90% interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups. 2. Tackle scheduling conflicts head-on by collaborating effectively with candidates and interviewers. 3. Ensure all candidates are well-prepared and informed about the companies and jobs they're applying for. 4. Work with our agile scheduling team to coordinate interviews seamlessly, making sure both clients and candidates have a smooth experience. 5. Proactively handle rescheduling requests and update calendars promptly. What We’re Looking For: 1. Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone demeanor. 2. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. 3. Self-driven, patient, and motivated to learn and develop new professional skills. 4.
