Company Description

Kelly Tutors is an edutainment-focused learning company that blends tutoring, classes, study skills, humor, and cultural commentary for kids ages 5–18. The company offers online one-on-one and group sessions, project-based entrepreneurship programs, and live classes on topics such as financial literacy, public speaking, and business simulations. Learners gain real-world experience by launching products, running revenue-generating stands, organizing business fairs, and raising funds for charity. With over 12 years of teaching experience and more than 10,000 students taught, Kelly Tutors has earned high ratings from families and media recognition from outlets such as Good Morning America and the New York Post. The organization positions itself as a bridge between traditional education and real-world success, emphasizing confidence, money skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and critical thinking in a fun, high-energy environment. Day-to-day tasks may include outlining course modules, drafting lesson plans, creating activities and worksheets, and suggesting multimedia elements (e.g., videos, slides, simulations) that support interactive learning. The intern will collaborate with the lead instructor to adapt existing materials into clear, structured online formats and may assist with organizing course assets within learning platforms. The role may also involve researching education trends, reviewing student/parent feedback, and proposing small improvements to enhance course clarity, flow, and learner outcomes.
