Job Title: Logistics Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and analytical Logistics Analyst to join our team in the United States. The Logistics Analyst will support supply chain operations by analyzing transportation data, monitoring inventory movement, improving logistics efficiency, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze logistics and transportation data to improve operational performance.
  • Monitor shipping schedules, inventory levels, and warehouse activities.
  • Prepare reports on logistics KPIs, delivery performance, and transportation costs.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
  • Support inventory planning and demand forecasting activities.
  • Track and resolve shipping or delivery issues.
  • Assist in optimizing supply chain and distribution processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze operational trends and provide recommendations.
  • Understanding of inventory control and transportation processes.
