Position: IT Operations Manager Type: W2 Contingent Role Compensation: $70 $100 per hour Location: Commitment: At least 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the IT management domain
• Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks drawn from your professional experience, and write accurate, well-structured solutions
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on Excel proficiency for real analytical work comfortable with nested formulas and lookups (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays), PivotTables, dashboards, and Excel's built-in analytical tools
• Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or macros/VBA is a plus
• Professional experience in an in-house IT management or leadership role where Excel is part of your day-to-day for example, IT Manager, IT Director, IT Operations/Systems Manager, IT Infrastructure Manager, or IT Program/PMO Manager
• Demonstrable career progression into senior IT management
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
