Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: General Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational functions as directed by their supervisor. Support internal teams with research, data gathering, and preparation of reports. Help maintain organized records, files, and documentation across internal systems. Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications as needed. Project Support: Contribute to ongoing projects and special initiatives under the guidance of their supervisor. Conduct research and compile information to support project planning and execution. Assist with tracking project milestones, action items, and deliverable timelines. Support cross-functional communication by helping facilitate information-sharing between teams. Assist with other ad hoc tasks and requests as directed by their supervisor. Education and Experience Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Operations, or a related field. Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Collaborative and proactive team player with a professional demeanor and a positive attitude. Prior internship or professional experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
