Haulistic is a logistics company looking to hire a self-motivated Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will develop your sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship while building customer relationships and managing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a book of business, make outbound calls, prepare quotes, and resolve customer issues as you grow in the role
• Make outbound cold calls as part of building your pipeline; we have invested in tools and technology to help you do this effectively
• Work closely with internal teams to create a smooth, positive experience for customers
• Deliver a high level of customer service and help create long-term relationships built on trust and responsiveness
• Learn your customers’ shipping needs, understand their challenges, and help provide the right solutions
• Build and manage a customer pipeline with support, training, and guidance from the team
• Get comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and solving problems in a fast-moving environment

Skills

• TWO YEAR DEGREE
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and by email
• Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a competitive drive
• A genuine interest in sales, business development, and building client relationships
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls and taking initiative to build a pipeline
• Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated to show up each day, learn quickly, and do your best work
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred; logistics experience is a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
