Due to this continued success, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join as Implementation Consultant (Pharma Sector). What is this about? The Implementation Consultant – India Pharma Sector will lead implementation, onboarding, adoption, and customer enablement initiatives across pharmaceutical organizations and medical institutions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring customers successfully adopt and derive maximum value from McGraw Hill's digital solutions while supporting long-term retention and business growth. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to customers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to drive implementation excellence, customer engagement, and strategic account growth. What can you expect as our new Business Development Executive: Lead the end-to-end deployment and strategic implementation of McGraw Hill digital solutions for pharmaceutical organizations and academic medical institutions across India. Drive cross-functional onboarding initiatives including platform configuration, institutional readiness, stakeholder engagement, and operational alignment to ensure seamless adoption. Act as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful launch, scalable operationalization, and long-term platform utilization within agreed timelines and business objectives. Lead technical integration initiatives with local remote access and institutional authentication platforms, ensuring alignment, scalability, and operational viability within customer ecosystems. Serve as the primary technical lead during implementation, overseeing troubleshooting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless customer experience. Partner closely with internal Product, Engineering, and Support teams to manage escalations, drive resolution of complex technical challenges, and contribute strategic feedback toward ongoing platform enhancement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to drive overall customer success, retention, and strategic account growth. You should apply if: Education to Degree Level Required. 7 years’ experience in implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or digital product deployment Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite. Experience of large-scale Project Management. Experience in India Pharma nuances & market dynamics Experience of analytics and translating data into insights. Ability to work effectively to deliver projects in complex multi-vendor environments, and manage timelines, stakeholder deliveries and expectations. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
