Google and Meta Ad Conversion Specialist

We are looking for a detail obsessed Google and Meta Ad Conversion Specialist who will own the full conversion tracking setup across client ad accounts, keep it accurate, and make it trustworthy enough to drive decisions. This role is hands on and precision focused. You will be the person who makes sure pixels, tags, events, and server side signals are firing correctly, attributed properly, and built in a way that supports ongoing optimisation and stronger ROAS. What You’ll Do

  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking across Google Ads and Meta Ads, aligned to each client’s funnel and goals
  • Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs
  • Audit existing tracking and attribution, identify gaps, and fix issues that lead to missing or inflated data
  • Configure events, parameters, custom conversions, offline conversions, and CRM-based signals where needed, with clear documentation
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between ad platforms, analytics, and CRM data sources, then resolve root causes
  • Ensure conversion tracking and reporting alignment within HubSpot, including validating HubSpot reports against Meta Ads and Google Ads performance data
  • Participate in client-facing meetings when required to guide clients on tracking setup, attribution logic, and reporting clarity
  • Support the performance team with reliable measurement foundations so optimisation is based on truth, not noise

What success looks like: You create confidence. Campaigns can be optimised faster because the data is consistent, conversion paths are understood, and attribution is stable enough to guide scaling decisions. Clients feel it in reporting clarity and performance improvements. What We’re Looking For

  • Strong practical experience with GTM, GA4, Google Ads conversions, and Meta Pixel implementations
  • Comfortable working with Conversion API setups and diagnosing event match quality issues
  • Confident auditing tracking end to end, from tag firing to event parameters to platform level attribution
  • Able to communicate findings clearly, including what changed, why it mattered, and what to watch next
  • A meticulous approach, you enjoy clean systems, structured naming, and removing tracking ambiguity
  • Ability to track projects and campaigns effectively through Monday.com

Time and compensation

  • 10 hours per week
  • $30 - $40 per hour
  • Availability required during EST working hours
