About the Opportunity The Front Desk Receptionist (Remote) plays a crucial role in supporting daily office functions by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the team. This position ensures the efficient operation of office activities and supports various departments, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Support HR or finance departments with basic administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure smooth and efficient office operations Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Preferred Experience with office management software or administrative tools
  • Preferred Familiarity with document management systems
  • Preferred Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or HR administrative tasks
