We need a dispatcher who knows how to find quality drivers, build relationships, and move freight efficiently. This is a ground floor opportunity. You will not be a number here. You will be a key part of building something that lasts. What We Need:

• Freight dispatch experience required — minimum 1 year
• Experience working with owner operators and 1099 drivers
• Ability to recruit and retain quality CDL-A drivers
• Strong negotiation skills with freight brokers
• Self-motivated — we are a startup not a corporation
• DAT or load board experience preferred
• Available and responsive — drivers need support on the road
