Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Translate business insights and leadership input into clear, effective marketing plans and campaigns. Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns beyond paid advertising and PPC, including organic, content, brand, and lifecycle marketing. Lead the development and evolution of one or more company brands, including positioning, messaging, and identity. Partner closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with overall company vision and objectives. Establish and optimize marketing processes, tools, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and ROI.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent). Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas and insights into actionable plans. Demonstrated success in building brands and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach. Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience working in a fractional or consulting capacity is preferred. Location Consideration The position is remote. While candidates based in Southern California are preferred, we will also consider applicants located within the Pacific or Central Time Zones.
