Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and updating our databases with accurate and timely information
• Ensuring the integrity and security of our data management processes
• Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve data entry errors and discrepancies
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Graduate with proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, and designing and publishing software
• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 80 words per minute
• Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi script is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Procedure

Written Assessment: You'll be required to take a written assessment comprising three parts: General Aptitude, Teaching Aptitude, and Subject Specific Assessment. 4. Demo: Upon scoring 80% and above, you'll be scheduled for a demo on a mutually agreed timing. 5. Final Interview: Based on the success of the demo, you'll be invited for a final interview with our Principal to discuss the job profile, terms and conditions of employment, and remuneration. 6. Offer Letter: If selected, you'll receive an offer letter, which you'll need to accept within 24 hours. 7. Appointment Letter: Once you've accepted the offer, you'll receive an appointment letter on the first day of joining careerzynith.
