Job Description

As a part-time data entry specialist, you'll play a critical role in our network protection and cybersecurity efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with business clients to conduct needs analysis and provide quality technical solutions
• Ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards
• Managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Serving as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and IT groups
• Participating in system and acceptance testing
• Extending your work to support group projects as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management principles, theories, and practices
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm (desired)
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) (desired)
• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement (desired)
• Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program (desired)
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders (desired)
• Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required
• Openness to Agile philosophies (desired)
• Coursework or experience related to network security (desired)
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines (desired)
• Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year (desired)
• Experience tackling business problems in a capstone or case competition (desired)
