Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, creating, and publishing high-quality documentation for careerzynith's Cloud Database services, including client journeys, concepts, and how-to guides for enterprise clients
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Design Leads, UX Analysts, and UI Partners to identify key client journeys and create data models that support clients through those journeys
• Working with a team of writers in the Cloud Database team to continuously refine approaches to delivering a great client experience
• Managing and prioritizing the technical writing responsibility with the help of useful partners
• Guiding and supporting other writers in the Cloud Database group
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud database documentation and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Specialized Communications or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on cloud database documentation
• Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud services
• Experience in an enterprise setting, creating technical documentation for a specialized audience, preferably for cloud services
• Proficiency in HTML or markdown, and experience in a Unix environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple tasks, and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills, with a strong drive to deliver high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud database services, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
