Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative – Remote Walmart Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and offer solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your primary goal will be to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide product information
  • Offer solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and use data to drive process improvements and inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty targets

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree in business, computer science, or a related field (graduate degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Strong understanding of customer support standards, best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence partners at all levels
  • Experience in managing and growing high-performing teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive process improvements and inform business decisions
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results
  • Experience with CRM systems, tagging systems, and customer support tools
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to adjust to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a leadership or management role

  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes
  • Experience in a remote work environment
