About this role:

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be part of careerzynith's Customer Support Payments Operations team, reporting to the Chief Operating Office Operations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Support a wide range of financial products and services, including payments, deposits, and loans
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer support experiences and provide insights to solve internal and external customer problems
  • Perform complex customer service tasks, including resolving issues, answering questions, and providing education on regulations and procedures
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members, as well as internal and external clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure exceptional customer support

Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, education, military experience, or training

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple PC systems, applications, and search tools to find information
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems
  • Knowledge and experience of international and domestic wire transfers processing
  • Knowledge and experience of financial services or call center environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer support while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
  • Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Ability to follow regulations, procedures, and policies
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to handle a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish/English (desired)
