Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll resolve travel-related concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments, while maintaining professionalism while handling high-pressure or escalated situations. You'll also update and manage customer profiles within internal systems, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. - Resolve travel-related concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments. - Offer guidance on careerzynith policies and travel programs. - Address billing issues and process payments or refunds as required. - Maintain professionalism while handling high-pressure or escalated situations. - Update and manage customer profiles within internal systems. - Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues. - Stay up-to-date with careerzynith's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. - Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, remote environment. - Proficiency with basic computer systems and applications. - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
