Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and update data into careerzynith systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily data entry goals and deadlines, providing general administrative support as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure data is entered in a timely manner, maintaining data integrity and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
