Join Our Concentrix Catalyst Team

In our Concentrix Catalyst team, you'll work with the engine that powers the experience design and engineering capabilities at careerzynith. You'll be surrounded by the best in the world, providing market-leading technology and insights to modernize and simplify the customer experience. Within our professional services team, you'll deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.

About the Role

As a Customer Engineer (Power Platform) at careerzynith, you'll be working with customers to design and develop tailored Power Apps solutions. You'll be responsible for:

  • Focusing on governance strategies and best practices for creating Power Apps
  • Collaborating with customers to design and develop tailored Power Apps solutions
  • Providing guidance on Power Platform governance strategies and controls
  • Configuring and optimizing solutions within Power Apps Studio and Power Platform Admin Center
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing Power Apps and related technologies
  • Developing and implementing governance strategies tailored to organizational needs

What We're Looking For

* 4-8 years of technical knowledge in Power Platform governance, administration, and development

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills in navigating and configuring the Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence starter kit
  • Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform technologies
  • Intermediate to expert level experience in Power Platform solutions
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively
