Executive Assistant

Position Summary SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and reliable Executive Assistant to support our mission and company values. Location Remote. Ability to travel. Relocation to Washington, D.C. (optional). Duties & Responsibilities Handle general administrative and logistical tasks as needed. Conserve the executive’s time by researching, collecting, analyzing, and sharing information. Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents. Write and/or edit business documents. Manage the schedule and communications of key executives. Manage time-sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.

Required Qualifications

Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent. Experience supporting C-Level executives. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings. Strong ability to function well in a high-paced environment. Salary & Benefits Employee salary is negotiated at the time of hire based on part-time or full-time status.
