Profile Requirements: Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail and professionalism. Highly proactive, organised, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, scheduling platforms, and modern workplace technologies. Basic understanding of AI tools and their practical application to improve daily workflows, organisation, and productivity. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement, and build strong working relationships. Core responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities to ensure efficient time management. Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions as required. Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Act as a key point of contact between executives, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams with professionalism and discretion. Monitor emails, communications, and daily workflows while prioritising urgent and important tasks. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, organisation, and executive productivity. Utilise digital tools and basic AI solutions to streamline administrative tasks, improve efficiency, and support workflow management. Maintain accurate records, manage confidential information, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
