Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and curate age-appropriate curriculum and learning materials for a remote early childhood education program, covering areas such as literacy, numeracy, science, arts, and social-emotional learning. Create high-quality digital content, including interactive lessons, educational videos, printable activities, and engaging online games. Develop strategies for fostering a supportive and interactive virtual learning community for young children and their families. Conduct online workshops and training sessions for parents or caregivers to facilitate home-based learning experiences. Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education and digital learning technologies. Evaluate the effectiveness of the online program and make data-driven improvements to content and delivery methods. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a strong plus.
