The Vermont Country Store is a unique company offering high-quality goods and is seeking a Digital Ops Coordinator to enhance their online experience. In this role, you will ensure the website functions smoothly and collaborates with various digital teams to improve customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform website testing using multiple browsers and devices
• Assist in producing digital versions of our print catalog
• Use the website’s API client to resolve customer and data issues
• Collaborate with web merchandisers, SEO specialists, marketing experts, and developers to identify and implement website enhancements
• Develop test cases for automated testing tools
• Coordinate testing resources
• Work with Marketing and Digital professionals to improve our customers’ online experience

Skills

• Associates degree in Computer Science
• One year of IT or e-commerce operations experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Exhibit sound judgment
• Deal constructively with staff and leadership
• Experience with SEO
• Experience with HTML
• Experience with test case development
