Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO and PPC)

The Digital Marketing Specialist(SEO and PPC) collaborates with the Marketing team to create and oversee digital content. In addition to enhancing digital presence across various platforms, the role involves researching, strategizing, and overseeing the digital media experience for both potential clients and existing customers. This encompasses managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and generating new business. How Our PPC Specialist Spends Their Time:

  • Develop and implement search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click strategies
  • Own and optimize digital ad campaigns
  • Strategically optimize ad copy
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics, including clicks, impressions, and conversions
  • Analyze the company’s SEM efforts (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape and evolve future marketing strategies proactively
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, including competitor research, to identify gaps
  • Research and stay up-to-date on online advertisement trends
  • Devise new ways of driving traffic to the company website(s)
  • Use Google Ads and other relevant digital marketing tools to drive campaign success;
  • Manage and optimize Verified First’s Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar accounts for lead generation
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts with other departments and teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Google Ads and campaign optimization required
  • Strong understanding of ad copywriting and optimization required
  • Experience with reporting and analytics of campaign performance required
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword research required
  • Experience with Google Analytics is strongly preferred

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
  • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
  • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
  • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace:
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
