Job Description

Join our Data & AI team. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualization come together. Together, we help clients get more value out of their data: from setting up the right data foundations to building dashboards, analytics solutions and AI use cases that support better decisions. Your role as Data & AI Strategy Consultant lies in guiding our clients to become increasingly data driven. You strive to connect (top) management, data & AI teams and analytical teams with your analytical translation skills. You identify, together with business stakeholders, where data and AI can add value to our client's organization and you build the business case for data & AI use cases. You ensure that value creation is top priority in data & AI roadmaps and throughout data projects execution. In addition, you work towards an improved organizational setup around data and install scalable data processes. Moreover, you contribute to creating a data-driven culture where people embrace data & AI and its possibilities. In this role, you will operate with our current clients in rapidly changing environments on a medium to long-term basis or develop the data strategy of organizations that prioritize their investments in data for the foreseeable future.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following: You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data & analytics domain You have demonstrable experience in strategic or management consulting You understand that organizations today should make the most of the available information and to turn this information into value You have reasonable high-level knowledge of different data-related domains such as business intelligence, analytics, artificial intelligence, information management and data infrastructure. This includes understanding of market trends in AI, tooling, data engineering and governance best practices and basic statistical knowledge You are motivated by obtaining concrete deliverables and results with an impact-first mindset. You want to make a difference for the organizations you work for, and you like to be recognized for your input You easily create connections with stakeholders at different levels of a client organisation. You are able to connect the dots between strategy, planning, and execution Experience with leading data projects is a plus You are proficient in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a must What we can offer you Additional Information At Sopra Steria, you’ll join our Data Strategy & Governance Practice within the Data & AI team: a group of consultants helping organizations maximize the value of their data through clear strategy and strong data foundations.
