Customer Service Representative

Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company is currently seeking a detail and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents, and providers to provide information regarding claim benefits, policy status, and billing in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Handles incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents and providers
  • Provides information regarding claim benefits, policy status, policy benefits, billing and premium information in the most efficient way possible
  • Uses various internal systems to provide information

Skills

  • Customer Service experience, call center preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, 1­-2 years of college preferred
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail plus ability to navigate within multiple systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word
  • Bilingual – Spanish a plus
