Customer Information Representative - Workers' Compensation

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist our valued customers with their inquiries and provide them with accurate and timely information. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of Liberty Mutual Insurance's Workers' Compensation division. Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and specifically workers' compensation to accurately and efficiently assist customers with their inquiries. Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide timely and accurate information. Maintain a thorough understanding of Liberty Mutual Insurance's policies, procedures, and products related to workers' compensation. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and inquiries. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Conduct oneself with professionalism and integrity at all times, representing Liberty Mutual Insurance's values and brand. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry knowledge and improve customer service skills. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
