We democratize autism care by providing access to our insurance network, purpose-built EHR software, HR solutions, and clinical support. We've experienced rapid growth and are backed by top-tier investors like General Catalyst and YCombinator. We seek smart, driven individuals eager to innovate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing: Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process for Finni Health providers. This includes managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as a key point of contact for providers and external entities (licensing boards, payers, etc.) for credentialing-related inquiries and processes. Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating the credentialing components of new provider onboarding to ensure a smooth transition. Reporting and Process Contribution: Support the generation of credentialing reports, proactively identify and help resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows. Based in Brazil or Mexico, you are a proactive team player with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in administrative processes. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment. A foundational understanding of data entry, documentation, and administrative workflows is highly valued. Collaborative & Independent Contribution: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision. Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data. Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in healthcare credentialing standards and compliance. Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation. Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices. Communication & Collaboration: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (licensing boards, payers, providers). Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools. Mission Alignment: Passion for Finni’s mission to democratize autism care and empower providers through efficient administrative and credentialing processes.
