Come join our team as: Creative Marketing Associate Remote from: LATAM, ideally Buenos Aires, Medellin, Colombia or Santiago, Chile The impact you will make: As a Creative Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role on our Marketing team, creating and maintaining digital and printed assets that support our brand and drive business growth. You'll design and update marketing resources for the wider team, ensuring quality and brand consistency throughout. You'll own email marketing end-to-end, from campaign ideation and design to scheduling and deployment, partnering with our copywriter on compelling content. You'll also keep our website's visual elements fresh and on-brand, and collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Success will be measured by the quality of your creative output, email campaign performance, brand consistency across channels, and your ability to execute marketing initiatives effectively and on time. You’re excited about working here because you’ll: Designing and updating a variety of digital and printed resources including PDFs, banners, presentation decks, and more. Owning our marketing emails, including ideation, design, and scheduling of the emails (with assistance from our in-house copywriter). Updating and maintaining all images, graphics, and illustrations across our website to ensure consistency of style and freshness. Creating compelling landing pages for events. Collaborating with our in-house social media team to produce static content for Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Executing iterations to the website when requested by the wider team. Other duties as assigned. We’re excited about you working here because you have: 1+ years of design experience Advanced English-language skills. High levels of creativity and the ability to develop top-quality, engaging & inspirational content. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Adobe, Canva, and other design tools. Proficiency with content management systems such as Hubspot is a plus. Illustration background is a plus.
