Country Manager US

Deine Aufgaben The Country Manager US will be responsible for leading Hypatos’ business operations, growth strategy, and market presence in the United States. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven experience in the AI, SaaS, or enterprise automation sectors, and a deep understanding of the US enterprise market. The Country Manager will drive business development, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure Hypatos’ solutions deliver value to US clients.

Key Responsibilities

Market Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute Hypatos’ US market entry and growth strategy, aligned with global company objectives Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in enterprise automation and AI agent adoption Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Business Development & SalesBuild and manage a high-performing US sales and business development team. Establish and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing Operations & Team ManagementOversee all US operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Coordinate with global teams in product, marketing, and support to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and mentor US-based staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Financial & Performance ManagementSet and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for the US business unit. Report on performance, market developments, and strategic initiatives to global leadership Brand & Market PresenceRepresent Hypatos at industry events, conferences, and with media to enhance brand visibility in the US. Advocate for Hypatos’ vision of AI-powered, agentic back-office automation Dein Profil Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Technology, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership or country manager role, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise automation. Proven track record of driving business growth and leading cross-functional teams in the US market. Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partner ecosystems. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Experience with US regulatory, financial, and HR practices.
