SPECIFIC SKILLS A minimum of at least 3 years of real-world IT experience is required. Possess a broad range of technical expertise, including but not limited to: Strong, applied knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS and routing. Proficient understanding of AWS architecture, storage and networking fundamentals. Ability to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot the following AWS services:EC2 VPC Including Transit Gateway Workspaces Directory Services Minimum 1 year of real-world experience working with AWS specifically. Minimum 3 years of real-world experience with virtualization technologies as a whole (VMWare, HyperV). Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, the registry, group policy, power shell, etc. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 SOFT SKILLS Great English Communication skills. Problem-solving skills. Time management and adherence to deadlines. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are very important. Polite, efficient, and customer-oriented attitude is essential.
