This is a fully remote opportunity supporting prospective and existing clients through phone-based communication and account assistance. This role involves speaking with individuals who have requested information about our services, answering questions, explaining available options, and ensuring a professional client experience throughout the process. This is a fully remote opportunity offering structured systems, performance-based compensation, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation $50,000–$65,000 annually (performance-based) Additional bonus opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective and current clients by phone Explain service and benefit options clearly and professionally Assist clients with account-related inquiries, updates, and billing concerns Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs Accurately document client interactions and maintain records Follow company procedures, workflows, and communication standards

Qualifications
